Glasses: It is always better to consult our expert frame stylists as they are trained in fitting glasses that would best suit you from a fashion and comfort perspective. By trying the frame in person you ensure that they actually fit you well and are comfortable. Remember, glasses are medical devices. Certain glasses like progressives, high definition lenses or anti-fatigue lenses require extra measurements which are not completed when you order online. This will result in headaches and blurry vision or worse.
Contacts: Remember these are medical devices you are inserting directly on your eyes. It is always better to be fit for them by an optometrist or eye care professional. We are trained experts in fitting contact lenses. We will always ensure you have good vision and comfort before dispensing contact lenses. When you order online, no one is fitting them. At worst, you are risking an eye infection from poorly fitting contact lenses. At best, you are risking poor vision and discomfort.
